About the Science Department:
The Science Department consists of experienced and passionate teachers who place practical investigation at the heart of learning. Collaboration between technicians and teachers is encouraged to ensure lessons run smoothly and students experience high-quality demonstrations and experiments.

Responsibilities:

Prepare and maintain laboratory equipment and materials for lessons.

Support teachers during demonstrations and practical sessions.

Ensure compliance with health & safety and COSHH regulations.

Manage stock levels and ordering of consumables.

Assist in developing new practical resources.

Qualifications and Experience:

Background in Science or laboratory work.

Excellent organisational skills and attention to detail.

Understanding of health & safety in a school science environment.

Team-player with a positive, proactive attitude.
