• Respond to maintenance requests, promptly addressing reports of issues with plumbing, electrical, heating/cooling, lighting, furniture, and other equipment.
• Conduct regular inspections of residence facilities to identify potential issues and performing scheduled maintenance tasks.

Additional role context

• Skilled across a variety of maintenance functions including painting & decorating.
• Well-versed in delivering Planned Preventative Maintenance (PPM) within a similar environment.
• Demonstrable understanding and adherence of safety compliance regulations and procedures.
