What the role involves

• Youll receive some great benefits & perks including access to our team member discount which is up to 35 percent on own-bought products!
• As a Host you will be responsible for providing the first point of contact to customers arriving to the division you have been assigned to.
• To engage clearly, confidently and professionally with all customers, team members and managers.
• To go over and above to exceed customer expectations at every opportunity, taking the initiative to provide additional services when appropriate.
• Ensuring everyone is welcomed by sharing your product knowledge, services on offer, best sellers, popular gifting, and upcoming sales over the Christmas period.
• As Host it is important to be visible so that customers can interact from the very moment they arrive to your area.

Skills and requirements

• Be able to positively engage with all types of customers (domestic and international) with varying needs and requirements.
• Develop excellent product knowledge & store services.
• Youll use these skills to deliver the extraordinary and take the initiative to provide additional services here appropriate.
• Youll go above and beyond to resolve issues for our customers and be able to adapt your approach to each individual customer.

• Pace, service focus, consistency, and confidence working as part of a busy team.

Additional role context

• Work weekends and be available for at least 2 out of the following key days.
