What the role involves

• Youll receive some great benefits & perks including access to our team member discount which is up to 35 percent on own-bought products!
• Oversee the stock in your department, from unpacking deliveries, (new and replenished lines), to completing audits and maintaining the stock room.
• Supporting is available at every stage of the process should you need it.
• Develop excellent product knowledge by following trends and being aware of our competitors activity, along with taking part in supplier training.
• Youll use these skills to deliver the extraordinary each and every time and take the initiative to provide additional services where appropriate.
• Maintain the Selfridges standards and inspire others to deliver the same.

Skills and requirements

• Work as part of a team focused on creating a memorable customer experience by building rapport, sharing product knowledge and catering to customer needs.
• A flexible role, you may be required to work on different departments, taking your service excellence and collaborative spirit with you.

Additional role context

• Work weekends and be available for at least 2 out of the following key dates.
• Conduct sales, refunds and exchanges, helping the customer to find another suitable item/product if necessary or alternatively, offer our online services.
• From selling and replenishing stock, organising rails, to hosting, you will be maintaining the highest of retail standards.
