Secondary Classroom Assistant
Job description
This Secondary Classroom Assistant role is focused on attend staff meetings and complete appropriate paperwork. It would suit someone who can bring warm, steady communication with children and families to the role.
How the role is set up
Monday - Friday, 8:30am - 15:30pm, term time only. Career progression routes include Teacher, Special Needs Teacher, Speech and Language Therapist, Occupational Therapist and various Child Psychology and Educational Psychology rout.
Where someone would start
Attend staff meetings and complete appropriate paperwork. Able to support learners with patience and structure.
What is expected
- Enhanced DBS Check (We can assist with this).
- Assisting the class teacher in providing the learning experience of students.
- Ability to build robust and effective relationships with students.
