Job description
As a Account Manager, the work centres on we are currently recruiting for dedicated Learning Support Assistants (LSAs) to work in a range of secondary schools across the Chepstow and Caldicot area. It would suit someone who can bring handling account-by-account responsibilities with consistency and care to the role.
Where ownership sits
One of the preferred suppliers to all 22 local authorities in Wales under the All Wales Framework Agreement. Assisting teachers with lesson delivery and classroom management.

We are currently recruiting for dedicated Learning Support Assistants (LSAs) to work in a range of secondary schools across the Chepstow and Caldicot area. Providing one-to-one or small group support to students.

Handling account-by-account responsibilities with consistency and care. Encouraging positive behaviour and engagement. A patient, empathetic, and proactive approach.
What the role depends on
- Experience working with young people (school-based experience desirable but not essential).
- Transferable skills and experience derived from care, support work, or social care settings.
- Enhanced DBS on the Update Service (or willingness to apply).
