About the Role
Teaching Tomorrow is seeking enthusiastic and dedicated Early Career Teachers (ECTs) to work across a range of secondary schools in Northampton and the surrounding areas.
This is an ideal opportunity for ECTs looking to gain valuable classroom experience, complete their induction, or secure a long-term or permanent teaching position. We work closely with a variety of supportive schools that are committed to helping new teachers thrive.
Key Responsibilities
- Deliver engaging and effective lessons in line with the national curriculum
- Adapt teaching to meet the needs of all learners
- Maintain a positive and inclusive classroom environment
- Assess and monitor student progress
- Build strong relationships with staff and pupils
The Ideal Candidate Will Have
- Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or pending qualification
- A passion for education and making a difference
- Strong communication and classroom management skills
- Flexibility and adaptability
- A commitment to professional growth
Teaching Tomorrow is committed to safeguarding and promoting the welfare of children and young people. All applicants are subject to pre-employment checks, including satisfactory references and an enhanced Disclosure and Barring Service (DBS) check. This role is exempt from the Rehabilitation of Offenders Act 1974 and the amendments to the Exceptions Order 1975, 2013 and 2020.

We offer payment via both Umbrella and PAYE Services.
