• Delivering engaging and differentiated lessons tailored to individual student needs.
• Supporting pupils with SEN, SEMH, and additional behavioural needs.
• Create a safe, positive, and structured learning environment.
• Encourage student progress, wellbeing, and independence.
• Work collaboratively with support staff, SENCO, and wider school teams.
• Promote positive behaviour and strong student relationships.

Skills and requirements

• Qualified Teacher Status (QTS).
• Experience or strong interest in SEN, SEMH, or Alternative Provision.
• Patient, adaptable, and compassionate approach to teaching.
• Full UK driving licence and access to own vehicle.
