Secondary SEN Teaching Assistant
Job description
As a Teaching Assistant, the work centres on delivering targeted interventions to individuals and small groups. It would suit someone who can bring potential for longer-term or permanent roles to the role.
Who the work supports
Be working closely with teaching staff to support pupils across Key Stages 3 and 4, with a particular focus on students who require additional learning support. Involve both in-class support and small group or 1:1 work, helping students to access the curriculum, build confidence, and develop essential skills for learning and life.

Delivering targeted interventions to individuals and small groups. Provide tailored support to students within lessons across a range of subjects. Supporting students with additional needs, adapting resources where necessary.

What needs to be in place
- Competitive daily pay of £95–£110, depending on experience.
- Relevant teaching, instruction, or learner-support experience.
