• Delivering engaging lessons across multiple subjects, adapting to the needs of each class.
• Managing classroom behaviour effectively to ensure a positive learning environment.
• Follow lesson plans provided by the absent teacher or create plans when necessary.
• Provide support to students of varying abilities and help them meet their academic goals.

Skills and requirements

• Hold QTS (Qualified Teacher Status) and have experience teaching in a secondary school.
• Be adaptable and able to manage time effectively in different classroom settings.
• A valid DBS on the Update Service or the willingness to apply for one.
• Strong communication and classroom management skills.
