What the role involves

• We work with a range of schools requiring cover across Key Stages 3 and 4, with opportunities available in a variety of subject specialisms.
• Delivering engaging and effective lessons across Key Stages 3 and 4.
• Teaching within your subject specialism wherever possible.

Skills and requirements

• Hold Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or be on track to achieve QTS.
• Have experience teaching Key Stage 3 and/or Key Stage 4 pupils.
• Hold a full UK driving licence and have access to your own transport, as travel to schools across Thetford and the surrounding areas is an essential part of the role.
• Be committed to safeguarding and promoting the welfare of children and young people.

Confirmed role details

• Day-to-day, short-term, long-term, and permanent roles available.
• Leave clear and professional handovers for permanent teaching staff.
• Pay rates quoted include 12.07% statutory holiday pay.
• In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
