Offer tailored one-on-one assistance as well as small group interventions for KS3 and KS4 students. Work alongside teachers to deliver lessons that meet the diverse needs of all students in the classroom.

- We’re looking for a full-time Teaching Assistant to support students with SEN at a secondary school in Rickmansworth.

- Focus on empowering students to achieve their best by providing personalized support in both one-on-one and small group settings.
What needs to be in place
- Minimum of 6 months of experience as a Teaching Assistant in a UK secondary school environment.
- Confidence in a classroom setting across KS3 and KS4 levels.
- Experience working with students with SEN and learning difficulties.
