- Given the nature and responsibilities of the role, it is required that the candidate works from the London office, at least 3 days per week.
- Conduct identity verification, document checks for contractors, ensuring accuracy, and legitimacy of documentation before submission to Viasat Security Admin team.
- Respond to security incidents, anomalies, or vetting related concerns that require Onsite assessment, containment or escalation.
- Provide virtual or in-person inductions and briefings, particularly for cleared staff, new starters, and those requiring refreshed guidance.
- Act as on-site point of contact for personnel security matters, including the secure handling, verification, and control of sensitive related documents and records.
- Provide security awareness through updates and regular communication channels, updating information SharePoint, and compliant with HMG policy.
