What the role involves

• Assist the SOM in managing the performance of a designated region, ensuring that all contracted and temporary hours are fulfilled by trained officers to the complete satisfaction o.
• To maintain and promote the Mitie brand and reputation by providing an industry leading security provision.
• Maximise the efficiency of the deployment of officers utilising systems and technology to deliver intelligence led services based upon risk and data analysis.
• Contribute to the success of the Sainsbury's contract through effective training and continuous on-going colleague coaching.
• Supporting the customer and be responsible for the timely completion of crime related reporting and any other crime related tasks/activities.
• To deliver results for their identified area that meets or exceeds the budget and service delivery requirements through full responsibility and accountability for.
