What the role involves

• Gladly interact with all visitors/tenants within the shopping centre, delivering first class customer focused service.
• Carry out regular patrols of the shopping centre.
• Maintaining vigilance and highlight unauthorised access by banned individuals.
• Ensure radio procedures are always adhered to.
• Ensure all events/incidents are recorded in the DOB book correctly.
• Ensure a timely response to all security issues and events.

Confirmed role details

• Arena Shopping Park, Coventry, CV6 6LN.
• 4 on 4 off, two sets of days then two sets of nights, rolling shift pattern, 42 hours per week.
• 24/7 GP: Both you and your immediate family can speak to a UK-based GP from the comfort of your own home.
• Mental Health support and Life Event Counseling.

Candidate fit

• SIA Door Supervisor licence essential.
• Ability to take ownership of all situations to ensure tasks are completed or escalated when necessary.

Additional role context

• This is a permanent contract.
• Arena Shopping Park is an indoor and outdoor shopping centre housing over 35 retail shops and restaurants.
• We are looking to appoint a full-time security officer to complete our team.
