Security Officer

This Security Officer opportunity is built around accountable to assist staff, visitors and contractors with the verification, preparation, issue and recoveries of id cards, visitors pass and pass out forms. With Flexi-Hours, you are in control of your schedule. Schedule: Available working hours will vary each week, and can range anywhere from 0 to 40 hours.

How the role works day to day

Accountable to assist staff, visitors and contractors with the verification, preparation, issue and recoveries of id cards, visitors pass and pass out forms. Responsible to ensure no unauthorised persons enter the company premises and to ensure that all persons properly seeking admission are courteously received an assisted. Reporting any faults and follow up to ensure they have been addressed.

What needs to be in place

• You have already gained first work experience in the same or similar role, preferably within a hotel environment.
• Already have a SIA license (Door Supervisor) and preferably have good knowledge of current laws and legislations.
