  • Incident Response: Respond promptly to alarms, emergencies, and incidents, following established procedures.
  • Assist visitors, staff, and contractors courteously and efficiently.
  • Reporting: Maintain accurate logs and incident reports for compliance and handover purposes.
  • Report hazards, ensuring a safe environment at all times.
