Security Officer focuses on demonstrate a positive commitment to a high level of customer service, professional presentation, and confidentiality at all times.

What the role involves

• Demonstrate a positive commitment to a high level of customer service, professional presentation, and confidentiality at all times.
• Always display excellent situational awareness.
• Facilitate access/egress to building(s) whilst maintaining a high level of client facing and customer service skills.
• Be aware of protest and demonstration activity and respond/escalate as appropriate.
• To be fully conversant with all operating procedures and always follow them.
• Assisting as instructed during major incidents.

Skills and requirements

• First aid qualification.
• Experience of using IT software (Word, Teams, Outlook).

Confirmed role details

• 4 on 4 off (07:00 - 19:00 and 19:00 - 07:00).
• Permanent, Full Time.
• 20 days holiday plus Bank Holidays, EMCOR FLEX Benefits.
• Holiday Buy Scheme - up to 5 days a year.
