How the role works day to day
Overseeing project budgets, forecasts, and financial performance (P&L accountability). Leading project meetings, briefings, and progress reviews with stakeholders. Preparing, maintain, and update project plans, schedules, and resource allocation using MS Projects, Mentor and JDE.

What needs to be in place
- Proven experience as a Project Manager on construction projects.
- Relevant professional qualifications (e.g., PRINCE2, PMP, SMSTS, CSCS) desirable.
- Solid knowledge of security systems and experience on the support and deployment of enterprise level access and CCTV systems C-Cure, Lenel, Genetec, and Milestone.
