What the role involves

  • Develop Healthcare-specific opportunities in: Resilient power and critical systems for clinical environments LV/MV services and electrical infrastructure modernisation Digital plat.
  • Collaborating with Customer Success Manager to ensure pipeline growth, customer satisfaction, and accomplish mutual goals.
  • Coordinating national activity across multi-site Healthcare estates and regional Healthcare groups.
  • Maintain a high-quality Healthcare Services pipeline within Salesforce, ensuring accurate forecasting and strong commercial governance.
  • Pipeline, Forecasting & Operational Discipline: Build.
  • Demonstrated ability to develop and execute commercial strategies across large, multi-site customer portfolios.

Skills and requirements

  • & Experience: Required: Proven experience in Sales or Service-led commercial roles, ideally within Healthcare, critical infrastructure, or complex estates environments.
  • Desirable: Experience selling to or working within Healthcare environments (NHS, private healthcare, life sciences).
  • Knowledge of Healthcare procurement frameworks and funding structures.
