What the role involves
- Deliver high-quality, differentiated lessons tailored to individual needs.
- Supporting pupils with SEMH needs, promoting positive behaviour and emotional regulation.
- Create a safe, nurturing, and structured learning environment.
- Implement behaviour management strategies effectively.
- Work collaboratively with teaching assistants, SENCOs, and external professionals.
- Report on pupil progress.
Skills and requirements
- Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent.
- Experience working with SEMH, SEND, or in alternative provision (desirable).
- Strong behaviour management skills and a calm, patient approach.
- Ability to build positive relationships and inspire pupils.
Confirmed role details
- Temporary until July 2026.
- Monday to Friday, 8:30am – 4:00pm.
- £130 – £210 per day (dependent on experience).
