Job description
As a SEMH Learning Mentor, the work centres on supporting learners and helping maintain a positive learning environment. It would suit someone who can bring a calm, patient, and empathetic approach when working with students to the role.
How the role is set up
Work closely with teaching staff and external professionals to ensure consistent and effective support strategies are in place. In the role of Behaviour Mentor, you will: Provide one-to-one and small group support tailored to individual student needs.

- Experience supporting children or young people with additional needs (desirable but not essential).
