- Work with teachers, children, learners, families, or colleagues to keep progress and safety on track.
- Delivering engaging and differentiated lessons that support both academic and emotional development.
- Working closely with a multidisciplinary team, including mental health professionals, teaching assistants, and external agencies, to provide tailored support.
Skills and requirements
- Relevant teaching, classroom, childcare, QTS, SEN, safeguarding, or early-years experience may be required.
