Skills and requirements

• Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or an equivalent recognised teaching qualification.
• Experience working with students with SEMH or behavioural needs is desirable.
• Strong classroom and behaviour management skills.
• A patient, resilient, and nurturing approach.
