What you would be doing
Help manage behaviours positively using a therapeutic and trauma-informed approach. Build strong, trusting relationships with students to support emotional regulation and engagement. Supporting students with SEMH needs in both classroom and vocational settings.

What you need
- Holds (or is willing to work towards) a relevant qualification (e.g. Level 2/3 Teaching Assistant or equivalent).
- Has experience working with children or young people with SEMH, SEND, or challenging behaviour.
- All candidates must undertake or have undertaken a valid enhanced Disclosure and Barring Service (DBS) check.
Practical information
- Full-time, Term Time Only.
- In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
- All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay.
- Competitive (dependent on experience).
