What the role involves

• Supporting the class teacher in delivering lessons and structured activities.
• Work closely with pupils on a 1:1 and small group basis.
• Assisting in managing challenging behaviour in a calm and consistent manner.
• Supporting pupils in developing emotional regulation and engagement in learning.
• Provide feedback to teaching staff regarding pupil progress and wellbeing.

Skills and requirements

• Experience working with children or young people, ideally with SEMH needs.
• A genuine commitment to supporting vulnerable learners.

Confirmed role details

• £460 – £600 per week.
