• Relevant teaching, classroom, childcare, QTS, SEN, safeguarding, or early-years experience may be required.

Confirmed role details

• Providing 1:1 and small group support to pupils with SEMH needs.
• Using Team Teach strategies to support behaviour and reduce incidents of dysregulation.
• Applying de-escalation techniques to help pupils remain engaged in learning.
• Supporting pupils who may display challenging, aggressive or disruptive behaviours.
