GSL Education needs an engaging and caring SEMH Teaching Assistant (TA) to work 1:1 with a child with complex SEMH needs in a supportive school in Tower Hamlets. How the role works day to day
Maintaining a structured and nurturing classroom environment. Provide one-to-one behavioural and emotional support to a student with complex SEMH needs. Work closely with teachers and SEN staff to implement tailored support strategies.

What needs to be in place
