  • Supporting behaviour management using positive strategies and de-escalation techniques.
  • Help pupils develop emotional regulation, confidence, and social skills.
  • Assisting teachers in delivering structured and engaging learning activities.
  • Build positive and trusting relationships with students.
  • Maintaining safeguarding procedures and contribute to a safe learning environment.

Skills and requirements

  • Experience working with children or young people with SEMH or behavioural needs.
  • Strong behaviour management and communication skills.
  • Ability to manage challenging situations effectively.
