  • Supporting students in managing emotions, behaviour, and social interactions.
  • Assisting students in accessing the curriculum and completing classroom tasks.
  • Implement behaviour management strategies and personalised support plans.
  • Build strong, positive relationships to encourage engagement and progress.
  • Work closely with teachers, pastoral teams, and external professionals.

Skills and requirements

  • Relevant teaching, classroom, childcare, QTS, SEN, safeguarding, or early-years experience may be required.
