What the role involves

• If you have the will, we can teach you the skill!
• Get to work with our experienced teams to ensure the soft drinks operation runs smoothly, including ordering materials and running of our filling, packing and palletising machines.
• Get the training and autonomy to manage your work and environment to ensure hygiene is maintained to a high standard.
• Report on performance and optimise our set up to ensure we maximise quality and output and reduce waste.
• Have confidence in your ability to get things done quickly and efficiently and have a strong drive for results.
