Milk Education is excited to be recruiting for a SEN Behaviour & Learning Mentor to support our partner SEN schools across Liverpool. As a Secondary Behaviour & Learning Mentor, you will play a vital part in helping students overcome behavioural challenges, improve their learning engagement, and build confidence.
What you would be doing
Able to support learners with patience and structure. A passion for behaviour support and learning development.
What you need
- Experience supporting young people (youth work, mentoring, coaching, SEN, school support).
- An enhanced DBS, or willingness to complete one.
- Strong communication skills suited to a Secondary Behaviour & Learning Mentor.
Practical information
- Deliver 1:1 and small‑group support as a Secondary Behaviour & Learning Mentor.
- 2 FREE CPD courses when you register with us.
- Implement behaviour improvement strategies to help students succeed.
- Work collaboratively with teachers and pastoral teams in your role as a Secondary Behaviour & Learning Mentor.
