SEN Cover Supervisor

SEN Cover Supervisor focuses on work closely with teaching staff and senco to support student progress.

What the role involves

• Work closely with teaching staff and SENCO to support student progress.
• Ensure students remain on task.
• Provide individual and small group support to students with SEN.

Skills and requirements

• GCSE Maths & English (Grade 4/C or above).
• Previous experience working with children or young people with SEN (e.g. ASD, SEMH).
• Strong behaviour management and classroom supervision skills.

Confirmed role details

• Job Type: Full Time.
• £1,000 refer-a-friend bonus.
• All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay.
• In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
