SEN Education and Engagement Specialist focuses on too many people, too many challenges and too little support can leave them unwilling or unable to attend.
What the role involves
- Too many people, too many challenges and too little support can leave them unwilling or unable to attend.
- Deliver fun, personalised learning sessions on a 1:1 or 2:1 basis with young people with SEN or SEMH needs in the Oxford area.
- Monitoring and reporting on student progress after each session and setting clear, achievable targets to support ongoing development.
Skills and requirements
- Experience (at least 1 year) as teachers, tutors, teaching assistants, SEN specialists and education professionals who have directly supported young people with SEN/SEMH needs.
- An up-to-date knowledge of safeguarding and child protection.
