SEN Learning Support Assistant focuses on supporting students on a 2:1 ratio or delivering 1:1 interventions.

Skills and requirements

• A minimum of 1 year of experience supporting children or families with SEN or challenging behaviours.
• An understanding of trauma-informed strategies and a commitment to building connections before setting corrections.
• Demonstrated understanding and prioritisation of safeguarding principles.
• Full-time, permanent position.
