• Prospero Teaching is recruiting a dedicated and empathetic SEN Learning Support Assistant to support pupils across schools in the Southampton area.
• Work closely with teaching staff to deliver consistent and personalised support, helping pupils access learning.
• Build confidence, and remain engaged throughout the school day.
• Support may be provided on a 1:1 basis or within small groups, depending on individual needs.
