• Subject/Department leader experience (or acting leadership experience).

Confirmed role details

• Up to £39,851 (depending on experience and qualifications) plus £3,000 subject lead allowance.
• Full Time (core hours 8:30am to 4:40pm, Monday to Friday).
• Role start date: September 2026.
• Esland Daven School is an established specialist provision, supporting children and young people aged 8–18 with SEND and SEMH needs.
