Job description
This SEN Sports Coach & Outdoor Learning Mentor role is focused on our approach is different — small class sizes, 1:1 support, and a strong focus on Learning Outside the Classroom (LOTC). It would suit someone who can bring warm, steady communication with learners to the role.
Why this role may suit you
Plymouth– £100–£105 per day – Temp to Perm – Start ASAP. This is a temp-to-perm opportunity, working Monday to Friday, 08:30–15:30.
What you would be doing
Our approach is different — small class sizes, 1:1 support, and a strong focus on Learning Outside the Classroom (LOTC). We support students aged 5–16 who have been excluded from mainstream education, many with EHCPs, SEMH needs, or other SEN. supporting learners and helping maintain a positive learning environment.
What you need
- A full UK driving licence, access to your own car, and willingness to get business insurance (45p per mile reimbursed for student transport).
- Experience in care, youth work, sports coaching, SEN/mainstream schools, or similar.
- A passion for transforming lives and building strong relationships.
