The Teaching Assistant position centres on supporting pupils with a range of additional needs, including ASD, SEMH, MLD, SLD, and other learning differences. It would suit someone who can bring patient, adaptable, and confident in managing a variety of needs to the role.

Experienced in supporting pupils with SEN in a school or care setting. Work across specialist provisions, mainstream schools, and alternative settings.

Provide one‑to‑one and small‑group support to help pupils access learning and develop confidence. Hays Education is seeking dedicated andpassionate SEN Supply Teaching Assistants to support pupils with additional needs across Eastbourne and the surrounding areas.
