What the role involves

• SEN Support Teaching Assistant focuses on we are currently recruiting sen support teaching assistants to work across a range of welcoming and inclusive mainstream primary schools i.
• Supporting pupils with a range of SEN including Autism (ASC), ADHD, speech and language needs, and SEMH.
• Provide 1:1 and small group support within the classroom.
• Assisting teachers in creating an engaging and inclusive learning environment.

Skills and requirements

• Experience working with children or young people with SEN (school-based experience desirable).
• Valuable experience across a variety of school settings.
• All candidates must undertake or have undertaken a valid enhanced Disclosure and Barring Service (DBS) check and subscribe to the DBS Update Service.

Confirmed role details

• Opportunities are available for flexible daily supply work, long-term placements, and permanent positions may also arise for the right candidates.
• All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay.
• In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
