Where someone would start
Providing consistent 1:1 support for a pupil with additional needs throughout the school day. Working closely with the class teacher, SENDCo, and wider school team to ensure consistent support. Helping the pupil access classroom learning by adapting tasks and breaking instructions into manageable steps.

A patient and encouraging approach that helps children feel safe and supported. Patient, consistent, and calm in a learner-focused classroom setting.
What is expected
- In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
- All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay.
