What the role involves

• SEN TA - Islington focuses on a vibrant school in islington is recruiting a sen ta to support pupils with additional needs and to contribute to whole-school inclusion work.
• The SEN TA will support classroom learning, run evidence-based interventions, implement individual support plans and help pupils develop independence and social skills.
• Provide one-to-one and small-group support to pupils with SEND, adapting approaches to individual needs.

Skills and requirements

• Relevant teaching, classroom, childcare, QTS, SEN, safeguarding, or early-years experience may be required.
