- Deliver differentiated lessons, create structured routines, and work closely with support staff to ensure each child receives targeted, meaningful support.
- Maintain strongmunication with parents, and work collaboratively with the wider SEND team.
- Ability to work effectively with support staff, external professionals, and families.
- Ongoing support from your dedicated Hays consultant.
Skills and requirements
- Proven experience teaching within a SEND resource base or specialist provision.

- Be working Full Time as the SEND Teacher within the school’s resource base, delivering tailored teaching and learning to pupils with a variety of SEND needs.

- Be joining a warm, supportive primary setting in Birmingham with a well‑established SEND resource base.
- Confident behaviour management and a nurturing, patient approach.
Additional role context
- The school ismitted to providing high‑quality, inclusive education for pupils with a range of additional needs.

- This is a 5 day a week, starting ASAP, paid to scale (M1-M6).
