What the role involves
- Deliver engaging and adapted lessons to meet individual learning needs.
- Create a safe, supportive, and structured classroom environment.
- Use trauma-informed and restorative approaches to behaviour management.
- Differentiate effectively for pupils with SEND and SEMH needs.
- Report on pupil progress.
- Build strong, positive relationships with pupils, staff, and families.
Skills and requirements
- Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) and PGCE (or equivalent).
- Experience working with SEND and/or SEMH pupils (primary age preferred).
- Strong behaviour management skills and a calm, consistent approach.
- Ability to adapt teaching to meet a wide range of needs.

- £41,075 per annum.
- Full Time | Temporary.
