  • Delivering high-quality, individualised teaching to learners.
  • Develop and adapt resources to support a diverse range of learning styles and abilities.
  • Support staff, therapists, and families.
  • Implement EHCP targets and track/monitor pupil progress.

Skills and requirements

  • Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent.
  • Experience working with children and young people with SEND in a mainstream or specialist setting.
  • All roles are subject to satisfactory references and an Enhanced DBS check.
  • All applicants must undertake a full enhanced DBS check.
