What the role involves
- Be working with learners across all phases, providing tailored support both in and out of the classroom.
- Delivering high-quality, individualised teaching to learners.
- Develop and adapt resources to support a diverse range of learning styles and abilities.
- Support staff, therapists, and families.
- Implement EHCP targets and track/monitor pupil progress.
Skills and requirements
- Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent.
- Experience working with children and young people with SEND in a mainstream or specialist setting.
- All roles are subject to satisfactory references and an Enhanced DBS check.
- All applicants must undertake a full enhanced DBS check.
