- Work closely with support staff, SENCO, and wider school teams.
- Encourage student engagement, progress, and wellbeing.
Skills and requirements
- This is a rewarding opportunity to help young people build confidence, resilience, independence, and essential life skills through engaging and personalised learning.
- Qualified Teacher Status (QTS).
- Experience or strong interest in SEN, SEMH, or Alternative Provision.
- Understanding of KS1 and KS2 learning approaches within secondary settings.
