  • Monitoring progress and adapting teaching strategies accordingly.
  • Build strong relationships with pupils, families and colleagues.
  • Creating a safe and supportive environment where pupils feel secure and motivated to learn.

Skills and requirements

  • Has experience teaching pupils with SEND or SEMH previously.
  • A genuine commitment to inclusive education and pupil wellbeing.
