How the role works day to day
Monitoring progress and liaise with staff and SEN coordinators. Provide tailored support to students in and out of the classroom. Assisting with differentiated learning activities.

- Job Type: Full Time / Part-time.
- Work in a supportive, small-class environment, helping students develop academically, socially, and emotionally while making a meaningful impact.
- In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
- All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay.
What needs to be in place
- Level 2/3 Teaching Assistant qualification (or working towards).
- Understanding of safeguarding and child protection.
- GCSE Maths & English (Grade 4/C or above).
