Job description
This Teaching Assistant role is focused on providing 1:1 and small group support tailored to individual pupil needs. It would suit someone who can bring be available to work Full Time, Monday to Friday to the role.

How support shows up
Providing 1:1 and small group support tailored to individual pupil needs. Supporting pupils during transitions and less structured parts of the day. As a Teaching Assistant, you will support pupils throughout the school day, helping them to access learning and maintain engagement within the classroom.
The approach that fits
Be available to work Full Time, Monday to Friday. Have a calm and proactive approach to behaviour.
What needs to be in place
- Have experience working with SEN pupils or within a school setting.
- Opportunities to develop experience within SEN.
- All candidates must undertake or have undertaken a valid enhanced Disclosure and Barring Service (DBS) check.

- We are currently working with a well-established specialist school in Bury who are looking to appoint a full-time SEN Teaching Assistant to join their team after the Easter break.
