This Teaching Assistant opportunity is built around supporting pupils academically, socially and emotionally within the classroom and intervention settings. It would suit someone who can bring in some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date to the role.

Teaching Personnel is committed to safeguarding and promoting the welfare of children. We are seeking a compassionate, patient and motivated Special Educational Needs Teaching Assistant to join our dedicated support team.
How support shows up
Supporting pupils academically, socially and emotionally within the classroom and intervention settings. Monitoring pupil progress and report observations to teaching and SEN staff. Maintaining a safe, supportive and inclusive learning environment at all times.

In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date. The chance to make a meaningful difference in pupils’ educational journeys.
What needs to be in place
- Hold a relevant qualification (e.g. Level 2/3 TA, Childcare, SEN, or Health & Social Care) – desirable but not essential.
- Relevant SEN, teaching, or learner-support experience.
